Who we are

Pembroke Cottage is located on the best street (our opinion) in Historic Guthrie! We are six blocks from downtown and just one mile from 1-35, yet it is quiet and secluded with a wooded area across the street. We live next door and enjoy the birds, occasional deer, and small animals that live around us. There is street parking in front of the cottage and rear parking as well.

The picturesque two-story cottage can sleep up to 8 and has two bathrooms. The first-floor master bedroom has a queen bed with a full bathroom. The second main floor bedroom has both a full and twin sized bed. The upstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and there is also a twin bed on the upstairs landing. There is a nice ¾ bathroom upstairs as well.

There is a large living area, a fully furnished kitchen, and a great breakfast room. The cottage has a large, covered patio area with two sets of tables and chairs, along with a hot tub.

A continental breakfast is available to enjoy at your leisure. Breakfast normally includes fresh sweet bread (from Missy's), other grains, fruit, yogurt, milk, coffee, tea, and water. Custom menu items are available.

Pembroke Cottage has central heating and air conditioning for a comfortable stay.

Positively NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.

Our business model is whole house rental.

Rates begin at $150 a night, and are based on the number of guests and length of stay. We have had many repeat customers. Pembroke Cottage has been featured on Discover Oklahoma and is a member of the Bed and Breakfast Association of Guthrie. We also cater to small weddings and elopements.

Pembroke Cottage, LLC is not being run as a primary income source, but as a contribution to the fabric of Historic Guthrie. We both work as full-time professionals.
